From medieval ballads to Tannhäuser

An adventurous musical journey for the whole family

Hamar Medieval Festival and Kirsten Flagstad Festival invites to a family concert in Hamardomen and in the Aula at Domkirkeodden! This will be a unique concert experience with medieval music and classic songs from the same era. The concert is joined by Bernt Ola Volungholen and Gjøril Songvoll, and the audience is presented with the most beautiful melodies and arias. Canardus Horribilis plays medieval music on authentic instruments, and Cecilia Lund Tomter and Bernt Ola Volungholen sing excerpts from Tannhüser by Richard Wagner along with Dorina Komani on piano.
